In view of this Moto of Co-operative Society,
We are all very glad to inform you all that For the first time in the history of India, Karnataka State Visually Impaired Employees have come forward to establish Multi-purpose Co-operative Society for Visually Impaired Employees of Karnataka.
With this great zeal,
KSECSB Heartily welcomes all to become members to the Society.
It creates new era in the history of visually impaired employees of Karnataka.
Along with The Financial Independence, overall development of Visually impaired employees is its main goal.
General Question and answers Related to Cooperative Society:
1. Who all can become members to Co-operative Society?
Ans. KGID Number holders of Karnataka State Government visually impaired Employees, permanent visually impaired employees of Karnataka State boards and corporations, State aided institutions, visually Impaired employees of nationalized boards and corporations, Centrally aided institutions, Nationalized banks, Central Government Employees residing in Karnataka.
2. What is the fee to get membership to the society?
Ans: Rs. 200 only once.
3. What is the price of one share?
Ans: One share costs Rs. 1000 and 10% will be the share fee for each share and has to pay along with the share amount.
4. How many shares an individual can purchase?
Ans. One member should purchase minimum two shares and there is no maximum limits.
5. What benefits do the members get when they purchase the shares?
Ans. Share holders get dividend as profit on each share annually.
6. What is a cooperative Year?
Ans. Cooperative year begins on 1st October and ends on 30th September.
7. In how many cooperative societies an individual can get membership?
Ans. An individual can get membership to more than 1 society. But when a member is availing credit facilities, he/she has to submit No objection certificate from other cooperative societies. At a time a member should not be in the management of two cooperative societies.
8. How many types of loans are provided to the members?
Ans. Short and long term loans and other credit facilities decided by the board of directors.
9. How Many members can get membership to cooperative Society?
Ans. Minimum 1000 members and no maximum limits.
10. What are the documents to be submitted when a person desires to get membership to the cooperative society?
Ans. (a) Filled application form,
(b) Salary Certificate, or departmental identity card,
(c) Blindness Certificate
(d) Adar Card
(e) cancelled cheque or Xerox copy of Pass book
(f) Pan Card
(g)three passport size and one stamp size photographs.
